Welcome

Whether you are attracted to one of my existing paintings or wish to commission one, I would love to hear from you. Good communication between us is an important element that helps make collecting my art a positive and happy experience. Your satisfaction matters to me.

Payment

I accept Paypal.

FOR THOSE WHO DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT
Just click the Paypal button when you go through the checkout and look for the link to pay with your credit card! On the lower left there is a small link that says 'pay by credit card'.

Payment is expected at time of purchase. If for some reason you need to delay payment, please contact me straight away too explain and I will try to work with you.

Shipping

Your artwork will be carefully protected and packaged, and sent to anywhere in the World. You have a choice which method is used to ship your painting.

The shipping charge shown is for Registered International Airmail, which normally takes from 7 to 14 working days to the United States, Canada, Australia, Asia and Latin America; and from 5 to 10 to Europe. (sadly they do not offer insurance).

However, in the case of uniquely personal paintings like commissioned portraits, for peace of mind I like to use a courier service, EMS Datapost, which normally takes 3 working days door to door (please contact me for a quote). Tracking number and insurance included.
A signature will be required on delivery whichever method you choose.

Please note I only charge for the actual cost of shipping. If it is less than the amount shown, I will refund the difference through Paypal.

Refunds and Exchanges

Owning a piece of my work should be a fun and pleasant experience. I would be miserable if you were unhappy with any purchase.

If you are not satisfied within one week after receipt, a refund will be issued through Paypal. This excludes the shipping charge. Buyer must ship back at own expense and the item must be in original condition.

In the case of specially commissioned paintings, work in progress images will be emailed to you from start to completion and the painting will only be shipped after you have approved the completed work.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
If you would like to purchase a custom painting from me as a gift for someone else, l can create a gift certificate which you will be able to give to anyone as a special gift which they can use to commission a painting.
How to order a gift certificate?
Just send me an email including:
Your Name and Email address
Gift Certificate Amount
Name of Recipient
A customized message (eg Happy Birthday from Mum & Dad):
Let me know how you wish me to send the gift certificate (email or post mail)
Email/address of the Recipient.
I WILL THEN CREATE A RESERVED LISTING IN YOUR NAME FOR YOU TO PURCHASE AND I WILL THEN CONTACT THE LUCKY RECIPIENT WITH YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE.
