Payment

I only accept Paypal.

Please make your payment within 48 hours of purchase. If payment is not made within 24 hours and there has been no contact by the buyer, I reserve the right to repost the item(s).

If you need to cancel an order, this must be done within 48 hours of the purchase.

If your addresses between Etsy and Paypal differ, please notify upon purchase which address to ship to.

Shipping

If you fail to notify which address, SynKnits is not liable for lost orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you need a refund or would like to talk about an exchange, please notify me as soon as possible. All refunds and/or enchances are at my discretion.
