Welcome! studio cate is dedicated to creating beautiful accessories that bring delight to your day. All items are handmade with care and attention to detail.

Payment

I accept payment through Paypal. Payment is expected upon checkout. If payment is not received within three days, your order will be cancelled. Please convo me if you are not able to make payment at the time of purchase.

Shipping

All orders are shipped one to two business days after payment is received. Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail, please contact me for a revised invoice. International orders will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International. Shipping confirmation will be provided through a convo.

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive to create quality products and provide accurate item descriptions. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately. Returns must be received within seven days in original, unused condition. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
