Welcome

Most of my products are handmade, but I also sell some vintage because it is so fun to hunt for it. The handmade stuff is designed, made, photographed, packaged, listed, sold and sent by me, Jimena. I don't like others having the same things I do, so I extend that to my store. I try to make innovative products and make them unique too. I use recycled and upcycled materials in a teeny tiny effort to help the environment.

Payment

- For international buyers, I only accept Paypal.

- If you are based in Mexico, you have another two options. You can pay through a bank deposit or we can meet and do the whole transaction in person (but just if you are in Mexico City). If you choose any of these options please convo me to work things out.

- Once you buy through Etsy, you have ONE FULL WEEK to complete your payment, but it is suggested you pay right after buying, especially if you are using Paypal.

- If you wish to cancel a purchase, contact me to let me know. Once an order is payed there is no cancellation.

Shipping

I ship everywhere!!!

I use the Mexican Postal Service (Sepomex) for shipping since all other options are quite expensive.

--ON SHIPPING COSTS--
The Mexican Postal Service works with pricing areas, so:

- North America, Central America, and the Caribbean all have the same rate. In the list of countries, it is the rate of the US and Canada.

- South America and Europe have the same rate. In the list of countries, it is the rate of the United Kingdom and France.

- Everywhere else is basically the rest of the world. Asia, Oceania, Africa.

I know that sometimes international shipping costs are prohibitive so I quote the cheapest rate possible. However if you would like to get insurace please convo me. It is usually about $2 extra dollars. If you wish this convo me and I'll send you a revised invoice. Note that some items' shipping costs already contain insurance. If you'd like the insurance taken off to make shipping cheaper. I can do that too...

If you want to buy, but your country is not listed, convo me and I'll add it.

- Paper items are shipped in sturdy envelopes. All other items will be shipped out in bubble mailers or little boxes. When possible, packaging materials will be recycled.

- If you are in Mexico City, you can schedule a pick up by convoing me.

- The buyer is wholly responsible for custom fees.

- I ship items 2 days after payment at most, except custom items for which I will give you a different shipping schedule.

- I do not request that Etsy and Paypal "ship to" addresses are the same. However, if they are different, you should specify at checkout to which address you'd like your items to be shipped.

- I am glad to send your purchase to someone else's address if it is meant for a gift, but please specify it at checkout. I will include a note to the receiver to let them know it was a gift, so if you'd like to say something to them too, specify it at checkout also.

Refunds and Exchanges

- I offer refunds and exchanges in case the item arrives broken or if it doesn't fulfill your expectations.

- In both cases you will need to ship the item back to me two weeks at most after receiving it. After two weeks, you are not eligible for a refund or an exchange. Custom items aren't eligible for refunds or exchanges.

-The cost of the shipping is the buyer's responsability. Please include a note saying whether you want a refund or an exchange. I will only refund money paid through Paypal.

-I will contact you when I receive your returned item. If you asked for a refund, I will send you a payment through Pay pal. If you asked for an exchange, I will send you another item free of charge.

-For people in Mexico City, contact me for refunds or exchanges.

-For items lost in the mail. It is very frustrating to both of us, buyer and seller, to lose an item in the mail, even though it's no one's fault. If it does happen, contact me to work things out!!!

Additional Policies and FAQs

-I will leave feedback for you about 2 weeks after the estimated arrival time. If you'd like me to withhold feedback please let me know.

- For ANY contact you can use the Etsy convos or if you have purchased something you can always email me.

-Gift wrapping is available. Convo me.

-I am very enthusiastic about cooperating in fun projects. I am open to trades. I am open to wholesaling.

- All items are made in a pet-friendly home. Very pet-friendly indeed. 4 dogs and two cats. However, they do not wander around the items.
