My name is Erin McDonald, I am 21 and am currently attending the University of Northern Colorado with a double major. My majors consist of History with a secondary education emphasis, and Art with an emphasis in visual arts.
I love working with stained glass and the yarn that I buy in the stores. Creating something from scratch to become unique is.. something else. Something I'd never sell or give away for anything. I love having a free range of ideas, no restrictions or people telling you "can't". I see the world in color and I adore it.
Payment
At CagedBirdSings we accept paypal and now money orders! :)
also paypal orders will have 48 hours to complete payment or item will be renewed and put back in my store.
Shipping
Your wind chime will be sealed in bubble wrap, I fit it into the box (most chimes have extra bubble wrap to ensure safety) and place a business card and handmade "thank you" note with a small personalization inside.
I value my customers greatly, so all customers receive a $5 off coupon with their package. Most of my items go out First class/Priority USPS and with the new prices at the Postal office.. well.. my prices run fair.
Refunds and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not pleased with the shipment of your item, please contact me immediately. The item must be returned with me within 5 days otherwise you will not receive a refund. I'd ask that you would please contact me first, so that I can work with you to try and fix and heal the situation. Please do not go and give me negative feedback without giving me a chance to work it out. Thank you!
DAMAGES:
Like I said, my customers are very important to me. Once you buy a windchime you are guaranteed Lifetime Insurance from myself if anything ever breaks or gets damaged. Please send the windchime back to me, with pieces if you can, and I will do my best to get it back and pretty for you. This is a rare occasion, but I like to offer it.
