WickItDesigns's Shop Policies

Welcome

It is our goal to provide quality products at an affordable price to our customers. We continue to make improvements when needed and add additional products from time to time. We will never sell a product we wouldn't use ourselves. All products are tested by us, friends, customers, and family members to ensure their performance meets or exceeds our rigid expectations.

Payment

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. If paying by check please allow 7-10 business days for clearance,. keeping in mind that bank processing times vary. We will notify you upon payment clearance notification to keep you apprised of your order status.
No orders will be started until proof of payment has been received. Please keep this in mind when ordering items that require curing and/or large orders as this will need to be factored into the overall processing time!

Shipping

USPS First Class, Parcel Post or Priority Mail are our most used form of shipment. Some products require ground shipping and will be shipped UPS or FedEx. We will provide tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
If ordering multiple items please convo me prior to checking out and I will be happy to combine your order if possible to save on shipping charges for you.
All orders are carefully inspected & packaged properly for shipment. Insurance is available for all orders & no orders will be replaced at the expense of Wick It Designs due to loss and/or damages obtained during transit. If you have chosen insurance please carefully inspect your package/s for damages upon receipt and in the event your package has received damage in route you will need to file a claim with the carrier. Please make sure you do not throw any part of the packaging, etc. away once you have filed a claim in the event the carrier should require proof of damages, and require on-site visual inspection.

Refunds and Exchanges

We stand behind our products and will gladly refund the purchase price or exchange the product if you are dissatisfied with your purchase(custom orders excluded). All returns must be unused and in original packaging. Your order is carefully inspected and all orders are in perfect condition when leaving our facility and will not be replaced at the expense of Wick It Designs. Insurance is available for your purchase/s (affordable and recommended)to protect you in the event your package is lost or damaged during transit. Please contact me prior to placing your order if you would like this option. Wick It Designs will not replace lost and/or damaged orders at our expense. Please contact me if you should have any questions/concerns.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We welcome custom orders with a minimum of half down when order is placed and balance due prior to shipping. Wholesale pricing available. Please convo or email me at wickitdesigns [!at] yahoo.com for additional "wholesale" pricing/product information.
