yarnchef's Shop Policies

Welcome

All colorways are limited and not often repeated.

All yarns of the same colorway are dyed together, but because everything is done by hand, no two skeins are exactly the same.

All of my yarns are dyed using professional dyes for wash fast results.

All products come from my pet and smoke free home.

Payment

Payment via Paypal only. Please pay at the time you place your order. Unpaid orders are canceled after 72 hours and the items are relisted.

I am happy to reserve yarn if you see a color you love but need to wait on funds- just send me a convo.

For orders shipped within Ohio, Paypal will add 6.75% sales tax

Shipping

**I am more than happy to combine orders from yarnchef and yarnchefSPIN**

Either pay each invoice individually and I'll refund the extra shipping or I'll send a combine invoice with corrected shipping.

**Please note that there may be shipping delays in the first week following shop updates.**

Domestic orders are shipped within 2 business of payment.
Items are sent via USPS with delivery confirmation.

International orders are shipped within 5 business days of payment.
Items are sent via USPS First Class Mail International. International customers are responsible for all customs and duty charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items can be returned for any reason within 7 days (excluding all shipping charges); however, once a skein has been modified in any way, including winding it into a ball, it is not returnable.
