Hello and welcome to Indie Designs!

My name is Melanie Phillipson and I am the sole creator behind Indie Designs.
I hope to bring you uniquely designed and handmade clothing for Blythe that you will love and cherish for a long time to come.

Payment

For International purchases I accept PayPal only. Payment can be made with your PayPal account or using any major Credit Card through PayPal.

For Australian purchases I accept PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit. If paying by Direct Bank Deposit please contact me for my Bank Account details and an up to date currency conversion.

PayPal conveniently does not require a PayPal account to use.

Please try to complete payment within 10 days of purchase. I do reserve the right to cancel a sale and relist the item if you go awol!

Shipping

I always try to minimise your shipping cost where I can, this means you do not pay for postoffice packaging or presentation packaging, only shipping!

I double check both your Etsy and PayPal address, but most of the time I ship to your ETSY address unless instructed otherwise! Please make sure your ETSY address is up to date.

To allow me to take great care in preparing each and every package I now ship your orders twice a week, at the beginning and the end.

This means if you purchased an item Friday afternoon my time, (Australia seems to be a day ahead of USA/Canada and UK/Europe), it will be shipped off to you on Monday. Or if an item is purchased from Monday afternoon onwards it will be in the post on Friday.

At present Australian Post does not offer weekend postal days much to my annoyance!

All items are sent via Australian Post and International orders are sent Air Mail.
****For International orders please allow between 6-15 days for arrival but that is not guaranteed. (although most items reach their destination within 9 days), please feel free to contact me through Etsy Conversation if there is an extended delay!****

Refunds and Exchanges

I want my customers to be totally happy!
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me through Etsy Conversation. To qualify for a refund of purchase price only it must be returned within two weeks of purchase. Return postage paid by customer.

I try to limit the amount of custom work I accept at present and only occasionally I'll accept custom orders.
In the past I have been overwhelmed with requests making it almost impossible to continue and complete new, exciting and ongoing designs. But there is no harm in asking me as I may say 'yes'! Thank you for your understanding.

I do not accept wholesale orders!
