Each Tramp Lamp :
-Is Handmade from Used or Vintage clothing, therefore imperfections in the fabric are natural.
- Is One of a kind.
-Is Made for Indoor use Only.
-Are hanging Lamps: Made to be displayed by their included Padded hanger.
-Comes with a 25 watt Bulb and 6 foot click switch cord both supplied by Westinghouse Lighting Corp.

Payment

-I only accept payments through Paypal at this time.
Paypal is easy to use and I have been using it for 5 years as means of receiving payments for my lamps without any negative incident.

-You must complete your order through Paypal to receive your lamp. This is part of the guided steps in completing your order through Etsy. Your browser may be redirected to Paypal.com to do this. This is supposed to happen.

-If you dont complete your order through paypal, I will email you and make sure you understand how to do this. If I need to send you a separate payment request through Paypal.com, I will. If after this, you still do not complete your payment, i will follow Etsy's advice on what to do. This may include a bad feedback score, which I would rather avoid by all means.

Shipping

-I ship within the United States using Fed Ex ground. I will email you the tracking info once I have created the shipping label. You will receive the fed ex shipping alert email through Fed Ex. I usually ship at the beginning of the week. If you place an order on Friday- Sunday, your lamp will not be shipped until Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Most shipments arrive within 5 business days. +++FED EX WILL NOT DELIVER TO A PO BOX+++

-International Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. I use priority mail with insurance. Each delivery destination is different, but for example, a lamp shipped to Canada usually arrives within 7 business days. +++YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES+++ for more information on these fees, you can contact your local postal office. If they need specific box dimensions and weight in order to give you a proper quote, please contact me.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final- Unless the lamp arrives damaged or is not the same lamp as was pictured. If you are unhappy with your lamp for some aesthetic reason, we can discuss options at that time. I have never had a lamp returned due to loss of shape overtime. You will receive a letter on how to care and clean your lamp with your order.

I do not want anything but a completely Positive Feedback score from each customer. Therefore I will do what I can to make sure you get the lamp you desire. We are in this together and I want to make you happy.
