Welcome

care has been taken to insure that every item made by ciuccio is unique. a lovey is a security blanket- it is made to endure countless washings, being dragged through the dirt, and maybe even the corner sucked on (i know, it's gross but kids do it.) i sincerely try to make quality products, if you have concerns about the craftsmanship of your purchase from ciuccio, please contact me.

Payment

paypal is the preferred method of payment. contact ciuccio if you would like to make arrangements to pay some other way.
payment must be received before i will ship your item(s). for custom orders, i require payment before making the item, especially in the case of ordering custom fabric for you.

Shipping

for most orders, your shipment will go out within 24 hours and will be delivered via usps priority mail. i do not provide any additional insurance, or require confirmation unless a customer has requested. contact me if you have concerns, or would like to receive your package in another manner.

Refunds and Exchanges

in the event of a lost package, or a damaged item, ciuccio will offer you a refund, or a new item of equal value.
