About St Joshua's Steampunk:
All pieces with pocket watch parts are NON-WORKING, unless otherwise stated. Most, if not all, are created with vintage or antique pieces, some of which show wear with age - see photos for reference. Please read the description thoroughly to see size details, as the photos make them appear larger.

Since they are created with vintage and delicate pieces, great care and attention should be used both when wearing and storing them to avoid breakage.

Payment

Payment is due at the time the order is placed (after you click "Commit to Buy"). If it is not received within 24 hours Etsy will be notified, negative or neutral feedback left, and the order will be cancelled.

We ONLY accept Paypal payments. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

Shipping

All jewelry items are shipped USPS First Class Mail (for US and Canada) and come in eco-friendly jewelry boxes made entirely of recycled materials. Each is packaged in a padded envelope to ensure safe arrival.

Items are typically mailed within 1-7 business days after payment is received. Delivery confirmation is purchased for all US orders. Contact us for your tracking info if you are within the US.

Some items are made to order and require additional lead time of 1-3 days before shipping time. Please be patient in waiting for your order to arrive, as it can often take at least 2 weeks. If you have not received it within 3 weeks please contact us before going through more drastic means such as reporting non-delivery or leaving negative/neutral feedback. We will always try to amend any situation we possibly can and are willing to work with our customers to ensure their satisfaction.

International orders are shipped Airmail and can often take at least 3 weeks, if not longer to arrive. We cannot get tracking info for these orders and will not be held responsible for any that are lost or damaged in the mail. We will not be held responsible for any customs fees, so be sure to know the customs fees for your area.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final, unless a mistake is made on our part. If a request for a refund is accepted, the buyer is responsible for safely returning the item(s) to us. We do not cover return shipping fees, but delivery confirmation and/or insurance are strongly recommended. If the item arrives undamaged, the refund for the value of the item(s) excluding shipping fees will be given. Restocking fees may be applied.
