Welcome to the Lemon Bird Handmade Jams shop!

*We are a licensed business and our jams are made in a certified commercial kitchen.

*We ship priority mail & UPS for larger orders. We combine shipping of 2 or more jams and refund any overages to you.

*For wholesale inquiries, please convo us or send us an email at info [!at] lemonbirddesign.com.

Payment

*We accept paypal and propay payments. Please contact us if you prefer to use propay.

*All orders need to be paid for immediately (at the time of placing the order). We hate to cancel orders or leave negative feedback for anyone.

*We can create custom orders for you with any of our in-stock items. Convo us before ordering and we'll setup a custom listing for you.

Shipping

*We ship orders via USPS priority mail.

Holiday notice: We are working to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them once payment is made.

*We try our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. If there is a delay, we'll let you know immediately. Or if you'd like us to hold your order to arrive on a specific date, just let us know.

*We refund any shipping overages to you via paypal as soon as your order ships.

*Shipping Costs:
1 jar = $8.50
2 - 6 jars = $10.50 flat rate box
7 - 9 jars = $14.50 large flat rate box
10 or more jars = Quote upon request

*All gift baskets are shipped via UPS or Fedex. We we will provide an exact shipping cost for you at the time of your order.

*For orders of half cases (6 jars) or full cases (12 jars), we will provide a shipping estimate and ship with USPS, UPS or Fedex depending on your location.

Refunds and Exchanges

*Since we sell food items, we cannot accept returns.

*We handle all cases of lost shipments and broken jars on a case-by-case basis.

*If your order arrives with a broken jar or does not arrive in a timely manner, please contact us immediately. All of our orders are shipped USPS priority mail and should arrive in 2-3 days time depending on the postal service.
