Woohoo! Thanks for choosing Miss Vintage for your 1 of a kind piece of fashion history. Now for the boring yet necessary stuff!

Please ask us if you have ANY questions relating to our policies, payment, shipping etc if you are not clear.

All garments are listed in New Zealand sizes unless otherwise stated. So please if you have ANY questions as to size, fabric, stretch etc ask us BEFORE you commit to purchasing as no exchanges or refunds are given if the garment does not fit.

We will reserve an item for 3 days maximum, just convo us and you wish shall be be granted.

Payment

We are flexible with payment 5 working days is our normal payment time frame. We may however extend this but only as long as we have communication from you within 48 hours of you purchasing an item/s.

Be warned that non-paying purchasers WILL have negative feedback left for them :(

Shipping

We ship 2-3 days from the day you send payment & all items are lovingly packed to withstand the sometimes harsh handling by customs.

All items are sent via NZ Post International Air so you should get your parcel within 3-10 working days from the day we post.

If you wish to have track & trace added to your item/s there is an additional cost of USD $6.

Insurance is available upon request with the cost to be determined after we investigate this with NZ Post.

Refunds and Exchanges

We are honest & explain any faults in our items plus they are inspected thoroughly before dispatch. Please remember that you are purchasing a VINTAGE pre-loved item so there will be slight signs of wear from the previous owner/s.

Refunds will be offered in the form of a store credit and ONLY if the item has been grossly misrepresented.

Exchanges are not offered as we ask all questions regarding the item be asked and clarified with us FIRST and PRIOR to committing to purchase from us.
