I always leave feedback after receiving payment - if you do not want me to leave feedback in the event an item is a gift, please let me know in message to seller when checking out.

Payment

Paypal payment or other payment arrangements must be made via convo within 48 hours of committing to purchase, or I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item.

● I accept credit cards and e-checks through Paypal.
● I also accept Visa and MC by phone if you prefer not using Paypal.
● Personal checks are accepted. I hold items for 1 week from receipt of check for funds to clear bank before sending packages.

Sales to Colorado addresses will automatically be charged 2.9% state sales tax. Sales to Denver, CO addresses will automatically be charged 7.72% city and state sales tax.

Shipping

I normally ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving payment Sunday through Thursday. Purchases made on Friday and Saturday ship the next business day.

● Jewelry is shipped First Class Mail domestically and internationally in a padded envelope.
● Pottery weighing under 2 pounds is shipped Priority Mail and pottery over 2 pounds is shipped Fedex ground domestically.
● International pottery orders are shipped First Class International up to 4 lbs.

I use recycled boxes, peanuts and bubble wrap when available.

Local pickup available in the Denver metro area - let me know and I will send you a revised invoice, less shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you don't like your purchase, by all means send items back to me in new condition and I will refund your entire purchase price, less shipping.

Refunds are offered 5 days after receipt - please convo me if you plan on returning anything.

I do my utmost to ship pottery safely - if an item arrives damaged, please let me know within 3 days of receipt and I will either refund your purchase or remake the item for you or offer you an alternate item from my shop.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Gift Certificate Information:

★Denominations available in amounts of $25, $50, and custom amounts.

★ I will email a high resolution pdf file of the gift certificate to you after payment is completed for you to print.

★ The gift certificate will include a unique secret code, which the redeemer of the gift certificate will be instructed to type into the "message to seller" section of the checkout process.

★ The gift certificate will also include instructions on how to redeem once received.

★ This Gift Certificate is only valid in my Etsy shop and is only redeemable here at http://coloradoartstudio.etsy.com

★ No cash value - good for merchandise only. Certificate must be used in full. Purchases over the amount of the certificate may be paid for using Paypal or I can accept Visa/MC over the phone.

★ Certificate Valid: 2 years from date of purchase - date will be written on the certificate.

★ To use: Go to coloradoartstudio.etsy.com, purchase items in shop, mark payment other, in message to seller note amount of certificate and the unique code which will be cross referenced with my records.
