For A Winsome Portrait commissions: Each portrait is approximately 10x10 depending on the composition that Chantal creates. The portrait might end up being either square or rectangular.

A sketch can be provided to the customer if deemed necessary by the customer. One change only can be made to the portrait in the sketch phase, but no changes can be made to the final painted portrait.

The custom illustration process is a collaborative process between Chantal and you, the customer. It is not an instantaneous process and may take several weeks to complete, depending on the pace you set in sending Chantal the required reference material. But rest assured, the finished product will be something entirely unique!

Payment

We accept only Paypal as a method of payment.

Shipping

We ship internationally with USPS expedited.

Refunds and Exchanges

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on A Winsome Portrait commissions. However, we offer exchanges and refunds on prints. We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred to the illustration during shipping.

By purchasing this commissioned illustration, you agree to the following terms:

1.The sale of commissioned original artwork does not include the transfer of North American reproduction rights.

2. Commissioned artwork can in no way be commercially reproduced or licensed without the express consent of Chantal Bennett.

3. Chantal Bennett may use your commissioned illustration for personal promotional purposes only.
