Welcome to Eirewolf Creations! My name is Erin Metcalf, and I am the artist also known as "Eirewolf."

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me with any questions you might have before buying, or with any problems, questions, or lavish praise you might have after receiving, my creations! :-)

Payment

Buyers outside the U.S., please pay via Paypal. Within the U.S., I accept Paypal, money order, or check. I may wait for payment to clear completely before shipping. (Please be aware that it may take 2 weeks or more for checks or money orders to clear; if that is not an acceptable wait time, please use Paypal. I have this policy due to scams that are unfortunately quite common.)

Please send payment within 3 days. I may cancel the sale and relist the item if I don't hear from the buyer within that time. Please contact me if you are mailing a check or money order.

Layaway: Please contact me if you'd like me to consider a layaway plan for a purchase. It never hurts to ask! I generally require 25-50% down (nonrefundable), depending on the price and popularity of the piece. Contact me to find out if layaway is available on a particular piece, and to work out the details.

California buyers: Paypal will add state sales tax when you check out. If you're paying via money order or check, please add 8.25% to the total (minus shipping).

Shipping

I ship via USPS, First Class for small items (such as magnets or pendants), and Priority Mail or Express Mail for larger items. Insurance is included in the shipping cost for items over $50.

In some cases my shipping charges may seem excessive, but in fact I often end up paying more for shipping than I charge the buyer. Sculptures can be fragile, so I pack them very carefully and often double-box them to protect them from rough handling by the post office. I would rather pay a bit more for shipping than go the cheap way and risk breakage.

For the same reason, it may take me a day or two to pack a sculpture, depending on complexity and fragility. I would much rather a sculpture reach you whole than rushed. (If you do need a quicker delivery, please contact me and I will do my best to oblige. Extra shipping charges may apply.)

International buyers are responsible for any duties or tariffs that may be levied by their country's customs office.

Refunds and Exchanges

I pack my items very well to ensure a safe journey to you. The Post Office occasionally seems to employ elephants to stomp on packages, however, so I insure all items over $50 (and personally guarantee all others). Should your purchase arrive damaged, please keep all packing materials to show the Post Office, and contact me.

I may ask for a photo of the damage, to help determine if I should repair, replace, or refund. Almost all of my items are one-of-a-kind, sculpted by hand, so each situation is unique. Together we will work out an acceptable solution.

As with all original artwork, my pieces should be displayed away from direct sunlight. They should also be protected from dust as well as curious little hands.

These sculptures are created in a smoke-free environment. They are displayed in a protective curio cabinet in my home, until the time comes for them to journey to a new home (perhaps yours!).
