Payment

Payment is generally expected right after purchase.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via priority mail with tracking.

Refunds and Exchanges

Dirty Addiction accepts returns for store credit only. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may send it back for credit provided that you contact us first. Items must be sent back within 3 days of receipt and must be in re-sellable condition. In order to facilitate the credit process, please return items in their original packaging with all promotional material. If the item returned appears used you will be sent back the merchandise and no credit will be issued. If items returned are missing original packaging and/or any promotional material/gifts, this will be taken into consideration and deducted from your credit. All one of a kind items and items purchased from the Clearance category are final sale and sold as is. Credits do not include original shipping and handling costs.

All orders are made to order and therefore may take up to two weeks to be completed and sent out.

All packages are shipped to the address provided on your paypal payment NOT the one supplied via etsy - if the addresses are inconsistent - aka the address stated on your order is not the same as the one stated on paypal - packages will ALWAYS be sent to the address attached to your paypal payment
