Payment

* Payment must arrive no later than 7 business days (or 10 for overseas)

* Credit card payments through PayPal are preferred, but we also accept money orders and personal checks. Personal checks will be held until they clear.

* If you mail in your payment, please include a note that states your NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS and ITEM/# that you won.

Shipping

When we ship:
* Typically, we ship twice per week: Tuesdays and Saturdays

Where we ship:

* Worldwide

How we calculate the shipping:

* Shipping is calculated based on an item's weight
* Each order has a minimal handling charge to cover the costs of packaging and labor.

Who we ship with:

* United States Postal Service (USPS)

How we ship:

* First Class Parcel or Parcel Post for U.S. Orders
* First Class International or Priority Internation for International Orders

What shipping we refund:

* All reasonable shipping charges for items that arrive damaged or defective. We inspect all returns to make sure the item delivered was damaged or defective.
* All reasonable shipping charges if you receive the wrong item.

Refunds and Exchanges

How long you CAN return for: 21 days after OUR shipment date.

What you CAN return:

* Accessories
* Clothing (unwashed/unworn)
* Damaged / defective items

What you CANNOT return:

* Artwork
* Clothing (washed/worn)
* Items not in "as sent" condition

What you CAN return for:

* Exchanges will be shipped out within 14-21 days after YOUR shipment date
* Refunds will be credited to the paypal account or mailied back within 14-21 days after YOUR shipment date

How to make your return:

* When appropriate, please reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
* Along with the item you are returning, please include a note indicating the reason for the return and if you would like a REFUND or an EXCHANGE. If an exchange, make sure to let us know what you're exchanging for.
* If you are returning a damaged or incorrectly shipped item, STAY VOCAL will cover the return shipping fees. Please be conservative and use a low-priced option. We prefer DHL Ground and USPS First Class.
* If you are returning the item for a refund, YOU are responsible for all shipping charges.
* Do not return items COD. YOU will be responsible for any charges for COD shipments.
