Welcome

Rather than write a whole bunch of policies to cover every contingency, I'd rather respectfully work with you as the unique individual you are.

Payment

I accept only Paypal. It's easy, safe and private. There's even a way that you can make a purchase without setting up an account there. If you need assistance, please ask.

Shipping

Items are shipped the business day following when payment is received. I use Canada Post because it's generally the cheapest, but if you'd like me to use another service, I'll accomodate your needs as best I can.

When possible, I use clean recycled packaging to help the environment and save you money.

Refunds and Exchanges

I aim to provide quality products and service. In all my 8 years of online sales, I've had only two returns: both items were damaged during shipping; they were replaced.

If you have a problem with any purchase, please contact me. I realize the world is a complicated place and I'm sure we can work things out.
