Payment

Payment shall be made in full before an item is shipped. We accept Paypal as our primary source of payment. You may pay with a credit card or check through Paypal without having a Paypal account. Please be aware that if you choose to pay through Paypal with a check, your item(s) will be shipped once the check has cleared. This process can take up to a week. We require full payment up front for all custom orders.

Shipping

Most items are shipped within 3-4 business days of receipt of payment, excluding custom, wholesale, and special orders. In the U.S. we ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Delivery Confirmation is always included. Outside the country we use First Class Mail International, and on occasion Priority Mail International. Please be advised that Delivery Confirmation, Tracking, and Insurance are *NOT* available for packages shipped outside the U.S. via First Class Mail International. You may wish to choose to upgrade to Priority Mail International, which includes Insurance. We are not responsible for any duties or customs fees on International Orders. These fees remain the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please Convo for Priority International Shipping rates and to add Insurance to your purchase. All items are shipped to the Etsy address provided to me.

Refunds and Exchanges

♥ RETURNS: It is super important to us that you be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase please contact us within seven days of receiving your package to make arrangements for return. We must receive the item in its original, unused condition, no later than 15 days from the date of purchase. We will gladly exchange the item or refund your purchase price less shipping and handling costs once the original item(s) has been received by me. We are not responsible for return shipping costs, nor responsible for lost or damaged items, so please consider insuring and tracking the item. Wholesale and Custom orders may not be returned.

Additional Policies and FAQs

♥ As with all accessories and clothing for babies and children, we recommend children under the age of 5 be supervised by an adult when using our products. While the utmost care has been taken in creating each item, if any piece of an item comes loose (bib snaps, tags, buttons, etc.) discontinue use immediately. We do not recommend using blankets, pillows, stuffed toys, or any other accessories in cribs with babies. Help our little sugarplums stay safe! ♥

♥ WHOLESALE, SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM ORDERS ♥ I regret that I am unable to accept Wholesale accounts at this time. Custom orders will be considered on an individual basis.
