Hello all, and welcome to TsuruBride!

Payment

For the most part I prefer Paypal. If you are unable to use Paypal for one reason or another then I will accept money orders, just convo me for more details. For items payed with money orders, orders will ship once I have received payment. You can also convo me about layaway plans.

Shipping

I ship twice a week, Mondays and Fridays. Made to order/custom items will ship within 10 days from purchase (you will receive email notification when an item is being shipped). If you need something sooner, then please convo me, I try to be very adaptable.
Items are lovingly wrapped in tissue paper, and placed in a bubble mailer, with a piece of cardboard, to prevent bending.
I don't send any purchases with a receipt. If you require a receipt please convo me, or add a message to the "Note to Seller".
All items ship via USPS. The only exception is for international clutch orders - these ship via FedEx. You will be reimbursed the difference in shipping in the likely event that the shipping costs are less than the amount listed below.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your order, all refunds/exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. Please convo me before leaving feedback if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am pleased to offer custom orders, be it color, animal, even fabrication. For the most part, custom orders are priced as per the regular items in my shop. Exceptions include adding straps to clutches, or custom items that are larger or require additional work than the pieces that are listed. Prices for custom orders are negotiated prior to purchase.

At this time, I am not currently looking for additional consignment opportunities. My line is available for wholesale, please feel free to convo me to discuss price points.
