Welcome

Hello all! Welcome to my shop. I sell a variety of items. Jewelry is at the top of my list but I dabble in many other areas and love them all, from sewing to painting and wood works, etc. I hope you like what you see and I always welcome custom orders.

Payment

I accept paypal and money orders and cashier/bank checks. However, if you pay by any means other than paypal, the item will not be mailed until the money order or bank/cashier check clears my bank account. I will always keep you up-to-date on the status of your order and let you know ASAP when it clears and it will be mailed out right away and you will be notified it's on it's way. If you pay with paypal, your item will be shipped within 5 days, usually it's within 2 days but I like to give myself some extra time due to unforseen delays. And on any and all orders, if any problems with shipping or delays occur you will be notified immediately.

Shipping

All items will be shipped by the cheapest route via the US Postal Service unless requested otherwise. Be aware, if you want it shipped faster, you are obligated to pay the increase of the shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

All my items come with a 30 day warranty. If anything happens to it contact me ASAP and I will fix the item if possible or replace with another item, at equal or lesser value. If neither of these options can be done, I will offer a complete refund (minus shipping) to you.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am always willing to take custom orders. Just let me know what you are looking for. I will put together a rough draft/proto-type and make sure it is what you want. If the item does not turn out to be what you were looking for, you are under NO obligation to still purchase the item.
