Payment

I can accept payment through PayPal only.
Some of my previous buyers knows that I can wait for payment and it's not a big problem for me - but you HAVE TO let me know about delay earlier. I can understand everything:) If not - I cancel order after 7 days.

Shipping

Every mumka's plushie is carefully packed in a cardboard box and a celo bag for the best protection during long journey. I include decorative wrapping to surprise you a bit:)

I try to post your parcel as soon as possible, you can expect its departure in one to two days after putting order. If it would be impossible for some reasons I'll let you know about it.

I use our local (and only) postal service - it's always registered and priority. Unfortunately it's not insuranced. If you need insurance please let me know earlier and I'll send you total for it. It's about +$2.5 for one medium sized item.

Shipping time varies depending on destination. It's about 4 days to European countries and overseas parcels should arrive in a week. But it can be different sometimes, don't panic if your plushie is a bit late - it happens sometimes. As well as early guests :)
