Welcome, all! I'm a freelance writer and illustrator. I like the quirky, the fun, and tend to be drawn toward the cutecreepy (my Little Nightmares are an example).

Payment

When you find an item you like:

1. GO TO THE SPECIFIC LISTING by clicking on the picture or item title. Make sure you read the description carefully so you know what you're getting. If you have any questions about the item, please ask me before buying! You can reach me by clicking on the "CONTACT" link beside my user profile picture in the right-hand column on each page.

2. ADD IT TO YOUR VIRTUAL SHOPPING CART by clicking on the green "ADD TO CART" button at the bottom of the right-hand column.

3. CHECKOUT (unless you want to keep shopping, of course) by clicking on the blue "SHOPPING CART" link at the top of the page, then click on the green "CHECKOUT" button on the shopping cart page.

4. ENTER YOUR ADDRESS. After entering this info, you should see shipping costs. Please make sure that this address matches the address in your Paypal account.

5. SUBMIT ORDER: On this page, you'll see an overview of your order before you actually pay. This is also your chance to enter a Message To Seller if you have any questions or a discount/coupon code, etc.

6. PAY: This is an important step to completing your order! Up to now, you are just holding the item in your shopping cart. Be sure to click on the Paypal button and make your payment.

Shipping

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

SHIPPING FEES: A shipping fee discount is available if you're ordering multiple items of equivalent size - please inquire before you place your order. Please note that shipping fees include postage, packaging materials, and the time I take to make sure that your item is packaged safely.

INSURANCE/EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you'd like to purchase insurance or expedited shipping, please let me know.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: To My International Customers:
I do not collect any customs when sending packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY: If your item arrives damaged (I've -never- had this happen so far) or if you're not happy with it for any reason, please let me know within 3 days of receiving the item so we can make arrangements for you to return the item for a full refund minus the shipping costs.

PAYPAL ADDRESS: *Please* make sure that your address with Paypal is current!

I usually ship within 48 hours of payment and will convo you when your package has been mailed. Unfortunately I have no control over delays caused by customs.

Please note that all images and artwork are covered under copyright law, and I retain all rights to my images and artwork. If you're on Livejournal, however, feel free to use the image of the item you purchase for non-commercial use as a user icon. For all other licensing/uses, please contact me.

Both buyers and sellers can leave feedback on Etsy transactions. Leaving feedback is optional, but always appreciated. If you wish to leave feedback, click on "Your Etsy" at the top of the page, then click on "Feedback" in the lefthand navigation column.

I always leave feedback for customers, but prefer leaving it after the order is received so I know that the transaction is complete and that there are no outstanding issues waiting to be resolved.
