Welcome to my Etsy shop where you will find individually handcrafted fused dichroic jewelry, kiln-formed art glass pieces, and hand-fabricated sterling silver jewelry.

Payment

I accept payments through PayPal, personal check, or money order. Check or money order shipments will be sent as soon as the payment has cleared. NOTE: if you are paying with an eCheck (through PayPal) it usually takes PayPal 4-5 days to process the eCheck.

If you would prefer to pay via MasterCard or Visa, please convo me PRIOR to ordering with your phone number so I can call you and arrange for payment.

Virginia residents will be charged 5.0% sales tax. PayPal payments will already have the 5% sales tax added during checkout.

Shipping

~ U.S. Orders ~

Orders are processed and shipped via USPS First Class Mail. I will combine shipping for multiple items purchased (shipping cost will be based on the largest item purchased. All items will ship in 2-3 business days after receipt of payment. NOTE: if you are paying with an eCheck (through PayPal) it usually takes PayPal 4-5 days to process the eCheck.

Priority Mail and/or Insurance is available as an upgrade. If you would prefer your package be shipped Priority Mail and/or add Insurance, please contact me before you pay and I will email you an updated invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days for a full refund or exchange (less shipping fee). Please contact me prior to returning the item(s) to confirm the return is acceptable. It is the Buyer’s responsibility for return postage unless the item was defective.

A refund will be issued (less shipping fee) upon inspection of the returned item(s). The returned item(s) MUST be in the same condition it was when shipped from this shop.

Please ensure items are well packaged and insured/tracked. Refunds cannot be made on returned items that are damaged in transit or lost in the mail.
