Payment

Please pay the day of purchase with Paypal and let me know in convo if you are mailing a check.
PAYPAL
If you decide that you would like something and you would like to pay with a credit or debit card, choose the PayPal option in checkout. PayPal is a third party credit card processor that keeps all of your transaction information secure. You do *not* need your own PayPal account to use the service.
MONEY ORDERS
I accept only United States Postal Service Money Orders. This means if you are located outside the U.S. you *must* use PayPal as your payment option. Thanks in advance for your understanding on this issue.
CHECKS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Just let me know in a convo if you are sending me a check and I will get you an address to send it to. After the check has cleared, I will mail out your package.

Shipping

I ship via USPS and pieces leave my house in 24 hours or less in most cases (orders placed on weekends/holidays and custom/personalized pieces may take a little longer). Shipping costs are approximated and include the actual cost of shipping plus a small amount to cover the cost of shipping supplies and materials. If you would like to place a large order I'll be happy to work with you to adjust the shipping price, but you must convo me first to arrange this.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All of my items can be shipped internationally and the approximated shipping price for Canada is given along with a standard "Everywhere Else" listing that I based on shipping to the mailing zone farthest from me (Australia). If the shipping price turns out to be significantly less to ship to your destination I will refund the difference via PayPal. Note that I do not pay any duties, customs fees, or any other associated fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer if their country charges these types of fees. Please be aware of customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing. This information can be found at your local post office or on the web. Every country varies. If you have any questions or concerns about these policies please let me know.
If you would like to have a tracking number with your purchase it is an additional 75 cents. And if you would like insurance it is an additional $1.65. Please tell me if you would like either of them! We are not responsible for packages after they are shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY
I take great pride in my work and I hope that you love the things I make for you. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason simply notify me by email, send the piece back in good/unused condition within 14 days, and I will refund your purchase price & original shipping fee. Note, however, that I will not refund the price of return shipping.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I work in a dedicated sewing studio. It is smoke-free but pet-friendly. If you have allergies please convo me for details.
At this time, I do not generally take custom orders, but you can try me as my mood fluctuates in that area.
I would love for you to return and give me feedback after you receive your purchase, and I always leave feedback for you.
