Payment

METHODS:
I prefer payment through Paypal as that allows me to ship your purchase quickly. Please check that your Paypal address is your correct mailing address.

I also accept Postal Money Orders (available at the post office). Due to recent money order scams involving fraudulent money orders, I will ony accept those issued through the USPS.

I do not accept personal checks.

TERMS:
Payment is required within three days of purchase (seven days if you are using money order). I always send a followup note within two days if I have not received payment. After three days, I will cancel the transaction and leave the appropriate feedback for non-payment.

If you are having trouble with checkout, please contact me and I will gladly help.

TAXES:
6% tax will be added to all orders shipped to Michigan addresses.

Shipping

METHODS:
I ship USPS first class post to the U.S. and first class international to other destinations. If you would like to change the shipping method for your order, please contact me before paying and I will send an updated invoice.

If you are a domestic buyer, I will mail your package through Paypal and they will send you an email with delivery confirmation information.

TIMELINE:
It is my goal to mail all orders within 24 hours of payment. However, items that are made upon order will often take a day or two longer due to the nature of handpainted patinas and fabrication time. If your jewelry is made to order and shipment will be delayed, a note explaining that will be included in the listing.

CUSTOMS:
Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I record the price paid (less shipping) as the value of your purchase on the customs form. I will not write false information on this form.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me first if you have a concern about your purchase.

I want you to be happy with your new accessory. If you are not satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (ex. If your accessory leaves my studio on March 1st, it must be delivered to my studio by March 31st). Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds (less shipping charges) will be issued upon my receipt of the product.

EARRINGS can be returned, but $1 will be deducted from the refund amount to replace the earwires.

CUSTOM ORDERs MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUNDS.

I package jewelry securely. Should damage occur during shipment, I will fix the piece free of charge (return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and I will pay shipping costs back to you).

IS THIS SOLD ITEM AVAILABLE?
Contact me and include the title of the SOLD piece that you are interested in and I will let you know about availability. Some pieces were part of a limited run and others are reproducible.

WHOLESALE AND CONSIGNMENT:
At this time, select accessories are available for wholesale. I do not place my work on consignment.
