Welcome

My name is Marjorie, I am the designer of Whskr Art Dolls. I make unique pins and brooches, also larger scale dolls from adapted patterns. If I use a pattern it is always with permission of the originating designer regardless of any adaptations made. Many pins have jewellery fragments, beads, crystals and fabric to embellish them and no two will ever be the same.

TRADES :
Convo me first with any proposal you might have. Once we've come to an agreement, you can click the "other" option under payment to complete the transaction. I am interested in yarn, owl themed products for my partner as he's an owl fan, or beads.

** Cedarhill Santuary **

I focus a lot of my help on Cedarhill Sanctuary because they had a serious fire wherein a host of senior cats lost their lives. This event almost brought Kay and her helpers to their knees but they carried on. I'm proud to put my Cedarhill item's earnings to help the building of the new Senior Cat House and to help Kay and her people remember the beloved animals who died in the fire. http://www.freewebs.com/cederhill/index.htm

Payment

I am happy to accept Paypal, UK and NZ Cheques or NZ Transfers. eCheques which can take up to four days to clear, I am happy to wait.

I respectfully request that payment is made as soon as possible. If payment is not received, or a transfer in progress within 4 days then the item will be re-listed without further consultation.

You can pay by Credit Card without joining Paypal :-

I have been informed that this method can also be used if you do not have enough funds in your PayPal account.

1. Select your items and put them in your shopping cart.
2. When you are finished shopping, select "Checkout" and submit/complete your order.
3. Select the Pay with Paypal icon (you will be able to pay with credit card later).
4. On the next screen, you will see "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account" -- Click on "Continue".
5. Enter all of your credit card information and click on "Review order and continue".
6. Finish your order.

Shipping

Doll pins and other small items are shipping in protective jiffy bags. There is no international tracking that does not cost much more than the doll pins so I am sorry I cannot offer to track parcels for you - I wish I could:-( That said I have been fortunate that the post offices of the world have taken care of my girls and they all arrived safely!

Larger items will be shipped in New Zealand post boxes and I will offer insurance on larger items on a doll by doll basis.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not delighted with your order, contact me and return it for a refund or an exchange — less the cost of shipping. All goods must be received back in mint condition i.e. no beads missing, fabric torn etc., as I cannot vouch for the post offices in Australasia, Europe or the Americas. If I could they would be my Best Friend!!

CUSTOM ORDERS

If you are happy to make a one-off up-front payment for a custom doll I will include a second small pin as an extra gift.

For any custom order I request 50% payment in advance and the balance when the item is ready for posting and approved my you, the buyer. If you would like a custom order click the button on my Etsy page. On custom orders I will work with you to make a doll you pin will love! You can get a good idea of the different styles by looking at my 'Sold' section in the Whskr Etsy shop, and while I might not be able to replicate the exact details I can create something unique and special.
