Payment

Paypal is my preferred method of payment. If paying with an e-check, please be aware that I cannot ship your item until the payment clears.

Payment must be received within 3 days of your order, if I have not received payment after three days, your order will be canceled and the item relisted.

Shipping

I usually ship within 2 business days of receiving your order. If I will be away or unable to send orders quickly I will make note of this on the front page.
All packages will be shipped first class. If you would prefer any other method of shipment, simply convo me, and I will send you a revised invoice.

Once a package has left my hands, I have no control of how fast it will take to get to you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is very important to me, as such, I prefer to handle refund and exchange requests on a one on one bass, if you have any problems or concerns, within two weeks of receiving your item, please convo me. All items must be in their original condition, I cannot accept returns or give refunds on wound yarn, markers that have been removed from their tags, or fiber that has been un-braided or partially spun.
No matter what I am unable to refund shipping costs.

Additional Policies and FAQs

When dying I try to keep good notes, so unless otherwise noted any colorway can be replicated, if you see a yarn or fiber you really liked, but it sold out, feel free to contact me, but be aware that everything is still hand dyed, so slight variations are to be expected. Custom orders may take up to two weeks to be filled.

Colours may appear different from monitor to monitor; I try to make all pictures as true to life as possible, but what looks right on my monitor may be different on yours. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Disclaimer: while my house is smoke free, we do live with a dog and cat that have access to every room. I try to keep them and their fur away from the yarn, but if you are allergic you may wish to wash your yarn or fiber before use.
