Welcome

Each piece I create is one-of-a-kind or limited edition, and individually handmade. I use top of the line 100% pure wool stuffing for my soft toys, and luxurious organic cotton batting for my quilts. I use only the highest quality materials in my creations, and incorporate vintage or reclaimed fabrics whenever possible. All fabrics are always pre-washed.

Payment

I accept PayPal and credit card payments. Payments must clear within 3 days of receipt of purchase. I am also willing to accept Money Orders (must be received in a timely manner).

Shipping

Domestic Shipping: All domestic shipments are sent via USPS within 2 business days of receipt of cleared payment. In most cases, shipments go out the following business day, unless they are made to order. In that case, please allow up to 15 business days for production of soft toys and 8-10 weeks for custom made quilt sets.

International Shipping: I ship worldwide via First Class International Mail. Please note that any possible customs/duty charges that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify me within 10 days and I will provide you with details for return and/or exchange. Returns must be in original condition and shipped within 15 days of receipt of purchase. A full refund, less the shipping cost, will be issued through PayPal.

All custom orders and wholesale orders are final.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I offer made to order quilt sets, soft toys and more. Match nursery decor...et cetera! You are welcome to personalize an order by adding your own treasured, but tattered shirt for an eco-friendly heirloom quilt set, pillow or soft toy. Add a scrap of fabric, or a pillow case you've had since childhood, and have it sewn into a little plush elephant friend to love anew. Or a sacred piece of silk made into a gorgeous new pillow for your meditation room. Contact me for more information.
