All of my works are originals, unless stated otherwise.
Want felted flowers in another color? Another size? See something that I sold and you want? CONVO ME! I love custom work!

Payment

Payment should be in full at time of purchase. If you have not completed your payment, then I won't be sending your item, unless we have agreed on some other terms through individual convo.

Shipping

Thank you for your purchase! I usually ship twice a week, so you should not have to wait long for your goodies to arrive! I hope my work will be as happy in your home as it is in mine.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales tend to be final. If you have a huge-ish issue, convo me, I am sure we can work something out. I would love the chance to make it right...whatever it is.
