Welcome and thank you for taking a look at my online shop. I am a fully self supporting artist working in metal for personal adornment. I love what I do, and try and come up with new design ideas every day in my studio. I am a one person show, and I have my work scattered across the East Tennessee region. I like custom orders and can easily recreate any designs you see on my site and my blog.

Payment

If you are purchasing with PayPal, I prefer instant payment.
**I will ship to your ETSY ADDRESS unless otherwise specified!** If you want it shipped to another address, let me know in the message to seller portion, and I will email you with confirmation of your gift address.
If you decide to pay with a money order, please email me as soon as you make your purchase.

Shipping

I ship your purchase USPS Priority Mail. I can insure it if you want to pay the extra 1.50. As soon as I put it in the mail, I will email you with the tracking information.

Refunds and Exchanges

I stand behind my jewelry 100%. I will accept returns within 14 days of PURCHASE. Shoot me an email letting me know of the return and ship the item back to me in the original packaging if you can. If your jewelry needs to be adjusted to better fit you, let me know and I will alter it for you until we get it perfect.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Your jewelry is shipped in a jewelry box ready for gifting. I will include a card with your message at no additional cost. Please let me know in the "Message to Seller" that your purchase is a gift and if you would like a card included, and I will personalize it for you with any message you like.
