This section includes IMPORTANT information about SIZING and FIT and many options that are available to adjust pieces often for free so they are a perfect fit. I ask that you take the time to read the information regarding how to determine size and fit for bracelets. This is especially important for wire wrapped/wire art designs. Each listing covers this in detail and gives the exact "ease" or allowance from your wrist measurement for three types of fit, "Wrist fit, Normal Fit (falls slightly on hand), or Loose Fit (falls onto the hand).

*NECKLACES: Please see my main page to find out how you can get length added to most necklaces for free. If you wish to add more than 6 inches please contact me in advance as some individual’s desire increases that may not be possible or may require additional time or a small fee. An example would be doubling the length of a necklace that is a short 15” length to make it a long 30”necklace. Please contact me in advance for additional cost and to discuss turn around time for lengths beyond 6 inches. In most cases it is the same as the normal shipment time 48 hours. Please check each listing for LIMITATIONS on lengthening specific items. Some items can't be lengthened.

*BRACELETS: If a bracelet can't be lengthened it is noted in the listing, however this is rare.
***** HOW TO GET A PROPER BRACELET FIT - Many Bracelets have extenders or can be lengthened for free.
**********BRACLETES NOT MADE OF WIRE: Measure a bracelet that fits the way you like. Contact me with measurement. Measure your wrist at the largest portion with cloth measuring tape (or use a piece of ribbon then lay it next to a ruler) - DON'T PULL TIGHTLY. Contact me through ETSY if you aren't sure the bracelet you have chosen will fit or you need adjustments. Bracelet adjustments in length don't delay shipment.
**********BRACELETS MADE FROM WIRE: Wire Wrapped or Wire Art Bracelets can't be lengthened but. Measure as described in the section above with a cloth tape measurer. Contact me with the measurement and I will let you know your size for this type of bracelet. If you like your bracelet to sit completely on the wrist without falling slightly onto the hand, then MAKE SURE that you tell me what type of FIT you want. ***************PLEASE SEE ANY WIRE BRACELET LISTING FOR DETAILS ON FIT OR JUST --- SEND ME YOUR WRIST MEASUREMENT AND A DESCRIPTION OF HOW YOU LIKE YOUR BRACELETS TO FIT. ************

*EARRINGS: I replace the earring base for free to the type of your choice these are always equivalent in value. (Lever-back style, post style, wire style and for some clip style when possible please ask in ADVANCE OF PURCHASE. UPGRADES IN MATERIALS SUCH AS GOLD FILLED, STERLING SILVER OR SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL POST EARRING BASES ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.

Payment

Payment Method: ONLINE CUSTOMERS: PayPal is preferred but money orders are also acceptable. Local customers WHO PURCHASE ONLINE may be authorized to pay by check. Please make sure you have requested authorization to pay by check. Normally this is when I have personal contact with my local customers. DO NOT SEND A CHECK UNLESS YOU LIVE IN MY LOCAL AREA AND HAVE TALKED TO ME PERSONALLY AND RECEIVED AUTHORIZATION TO PAY BY CHECK! IF YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO PAY BY CHECK PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE NUMBER, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER MUST BE ON THE CHECK (YOU MAY ADD THIS INFORMATION TO THE CHECK IF IT IS NOT PRINTED ON THE CHECK.)

LOCAL CUSTOMERS: Arrangements can be made to drop off payment to me and pick up items. In some cases I can deliver personally, please contact me to request local delivery.

Shipping

SHIPPING NOTICE: You will receive a message the day your package ships.

FREE SHIPPING: is First Class Mail to keep the shipping costs to the company down as I do not charge my customers for shipping.

UPGRADES FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING: charges for expedited shipping can be arranged please contact me so that the additional fee can be added to the listing. If you have already paid I can do a special listing for the shipping fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

MY PROMISE: When you receive your order, if your not 100% satisfied, you may contact me for return notification and authorization. ONCE I HAVE ACKNOWLEDED THAT YOU WISH TO MAKE A RETURN - RETURNS must be in the original or same type of package and POSTMARKED DATE OF RETURN within 7 days from DATE OF RECIEPT. Payment will be refunded in the same method that it was made as soon as the item has been received.

Exchanges are not made. You may return an item and purchase another if you wish.

Additional Policies and FAQs

PACKAGE INSURANCE: This is optional and available if you contact me I will add the fee to the total due and insure the package.

PLEASE SEE THE ALCHEMY SECTION IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A CUSTOM DESIGN. Let me design a jewelry just for you or a loved one - made with from incredible Gemstones, Swarovski Crystals, Pearls or my why not something made of Wire Artistry. I can include Birthstones for pieces such as custom jewelry for Mother with all her children and grandchildren's birthstones. I have worked with loyal customers in my virtual workshop to create a one of a kind piece. Custom work gives me great joy. My work is of the highest quality without the high price tag.
