Monsoons & Mangoes is the place to buy your one-of-a-kind unusual clothing.

A lot of my materials are recycled or repurposed in some way. Please keep this in mind when you receive your garment - it may still harbour some special vintage er...aromas :)

All garments are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please allow for imperfections in the fabric and the occasional off-kilter stitches :)

Payment

Paypal only for international customers
Paypal and bank deposit for Aussie customers

Payment expected within 48 hours unless you advise otherwise. I'm very reasonable so just let me know if you need an extension. I will not extend for more than a week.

Shipping

Most times, your item will be shipped on the day I receive payment. I'm just as impatient as you and also like to receive my new stuff really, really soon!! I don't tolerate tardiness in posting, so I don't expect you too.

Please ensure that your etsy and paypal addresses match. I will not be held responsible for any purchases sent to an outdated address.

Local buyers may contact me to arrange pick up or special delivery.

Your purchase will be gift-wrapped, usually in recycled packaging from my own purchases. Then it is placed in an envelope - which may also be recycled.

Special gift-wrapping is available - please let me know.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are not offered for items lost or damaged in the mail.
Refunds are not offered for custom made items.

Refunds will only be made if you contact me within a week and there is a serious flaw with your item. In this case I will refund 100% of the item cost. I will not refund postage, and the cost of sending the item back to me is at your own expense.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you request a custom item, please allow a week for this to be shipped. I will advise of any delays, of course. Please understand that due to the vintage nature of a lot of my materials, I may not always have on hand exactly what you need.

Smoke-free, dog-friendly home.

For my garments, I recommend a gentle machine wash in cold water, and to line-dry in the shade.
