I am a cartoonist at heart, have my own comic strip, so most everything I create has a slight "cuteness" about it because of this.

I consider myself an artist...who has to work at a non-artistic job....to support the art.

art-ist;
1. a person who produces works in any of the arts that are primarily subject to aesthetic criteria.
2. a person who practices one of the fine arts, esp. a painter or sculptor.
3. a person whose trade or profession requires a knowledge of design, drawing, painting, etc.: a commercial artist.
4. a person who works in one of the performing arts, as an actor, musician, or singer; a public performer: a mime artist; an artist of the dance.
5. a person whose work exhibits exceptional skill.
6. a person who is expert at trickery or deceit: He's an artist with cards.
7. Obsolete. an artisan.

I consider myself an artist...but I don't dance too well.

Payment

I really like PayPal. That's pretty much the only way to go with me....

...or you could send cash...but that's not very wise to do.

I ship stuff within about 12 hours of receiving the order - unless it's a Sunday, then it might be 16 hours - so if you need to cancel your order after that time, then you'll need to send back the item - at your own cost - and once I've received it, I'll refund your money IN FULL (including the shipping).

Shipping

Like I said, I send the item ASAP...through the US Postal Service. I've never had problems with them, and my local post office people are really nice...
I DO ship internationally, but the shipping price is what is listed in the order...nothing more. International orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days from the date of shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there's a problem with an item upon arrival, please let me know as soon as possible, and I will try to fix it.

If your pet has gotten a hold of your needlefelted creature and ripped it apart, I can fix it. (If you look in my shop, that white poodle is a re-make of the first...the REAL poodle - Mia - ripped the first one apart...but it's no problem to fix.)

I would just ask that you pay for shipping to and from if you need it repaired. It shouldn't cost more than $5.00 (yes, five dollars) to send it to me, then the same on the way back.

If you'd like a refund, I'll need to receive the item first, then a full refund will be given through PayPal.
