I want your transaction to be as smooth as possible. Please make sure that your Etsy address and your Paypal address are the same. When there is a difference I will ship to the Etsy address.

A Few Words About Shipping -
Whenever possible, we will ship the same day or the next business day. Whenever possible we will COMBINE SHIPPING OF MULTIPLE ITEMS and give you a partial refund of the overcharges.

We do not offer "free shipping" because "free shipping" often means inflated prices. We won't do that to you. We offer honest prices and want the ability to combine your shipping costs whenever possible. When you offer quality you need no gimmicks!

We do list the same shipping cost for many of our second items because our work is diverse in size, shape, and weight - we want to package your purchase as securely as we can. Not everything can be packaged and shipped together. But when it can, you will save money.

SALES TAX IS COLLECTED ON ALL SALES IN NY & NJ.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS FOR PAYMENT.

Your payment to this shop is to be made to my main craft business - Q Branch Ltd. This is the name that will appear at Paypal.

All credit cards are accepted for payment through PAYPAL - you do not need to be a registered member of Paypal to use this service and use your credit card.

International Buyers Please Note -
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. Please be aware of your country's requirements and what you may expect to have to pay.

The sale of any item not paid for within three days will be canceled.

Shipping

Please purchase well in advance of any specific date that you must have an item by - there are no guaranteed delivery times when shipping. I am not responsible for a package to arrive by any specific date. If you must have an item very quickly contact me to arrange for Express Mail which is guaranteed by the USPS for Next or Two day delivery (except weekends/holidays).

USPS is used for all shipping.

Photographs are packaged to protect them in transit.

Whenever possible, I ship all items except prints the same day or the next business day. Prints may take longer for processing.

International Buyers - Please be aware of the customs restrictions of your country as to what is allowed to be shipped into your country. I am not responsible for items that are seized by Customs.

REFUND POLICY:
ALL SALES ON ETSY ARE FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY IF ANY ITEM IS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT.
