Welcome

Welcome to my jewelry shop! All the jewelry in this shop is handmade by me. I fabricate my own settings, and all my enamel and etched metal designs are applied completely by hand.

Payment

Right now I only accept paypal for payments. According to Etsy's dos and don'ts, paypal payments should be made immediately after purchase. If payment will be delayed for any reason please contact me. Paypal can be confusing sometimes, so if you are having trouble with it please send me a convo, and I will be happy to help.

Shipping

***In order to streamline the shipping process and prevent delays, please make sure the address you want the item shipped to is the address on the paypal transaction. If you want your item shipped to an address other than your usual paypal address, you can add that address to your paypal account before you place your order. Please feel free to contact me with any questions!

Jewelry purchases will be wrapped in anti-tarnish tissue, packaged in gift boxes and shipped in either a padded mailer or cardboard shipping box depending on the size of the order. Drawings will be packaged in clear cello sleeves and shipped in rigid cardboard mailers.

Domestic orders (US) will be shipped via first class mail with delivery confirmation. Insurance is included for orders of $50 or more. I use paypal shipping for domestic orders, so please make sure the address on the paypal transaction is the one you want the item shipped to.

International Orders will be shipped via first class international. If you would like insurance, I can upgrade to priority international for an additional fee.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, send it back to me within 30 days and I will refund your purchase (minus shipping) once I recieve the item. If one of my items breaks any time after your purchase, send back the broken item and I will either refund your money, repair the item, or send a replacement.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom Orders: If you would like a variation on a piece in my shop, a remake of a previously sold item, or an adjustment such as change of chain length, please contact me. Due to my busy schedule, I take custom orders on a case by case basis.

Environmental Info: In an effort to be more environmentally and socially conscious, I am now buying my silver sheet and wire from a supplier that sells 100% recycled precious metals, refined using environmentally responsible practices. I have yet to find a source for reliablly recycled chain or copper. If you know of one, please send me a convo!
I also package and ship using recycled products as much as possible. My gift boxes are 100% recycled, and my mailers are 90% recycled.
