Thank you for visiting Woodcrafts and Candles. We hope your shopping experience with us is fun and satisfying. Feel free to contact us with any questions you don't find answered here.

Payment

Paypal is the only form of payment we accept. You can make credit card purchases through paypal even if you don't have an account with them.

Payment is due at time of purchase. If you are purchasing mutltiple items and waiting for an invoice with discounted shipping, then payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

We reserve the right to cancel any sale where payment is not received within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping

We usually ship the next business day after payment is received.

USA Shipping - Shipping is First Class Parcel mail with Delivery Confirmation on everything 13 ounces and under. We ship Priority with Delivery Confirmation on everything over 13 ounces and on most combined purchases. Whenever possible we use a flat rate box. If you are making a multiple purchase you can ask for an invoice before paying to get the best shipping price or we will refund the difference.

International shipping - We use First Class International on anything under 13 ounces. Over that we use Priority International. We will use flat rate international for any large orders - so contact us first if you would like an exact shipping price. International customers are responsible for all custom or duty charges.

Candle Shipping - We use the 3 sizes of Flat Rate Priority USPS boxes for both US and International buyers. The regular flat rate box fits up to 8 sets of votives or 18 sets of tarts. The large size flat rate box fits up to 12 sets of votives or 30 sets of tarts.

Either ask for an invoice before paying so we can adjust your shipping - or we will refund you the overcharge.

Gift Shipping - We are always happy to ship your purchase as a gift to the person of your choice. We always ship to the address in your etsy order (not the paypal address).

We are always happy to include a gift tag (we buy lovely handmade gift tags right here on etsy from a number of sellers) with your personalized message, so please let us know in the Notes to Seller section what you would like written.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have any problems with it, please contact us and we will either replace it or refund your money for 2 weeks after you receive it.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We leave feedback as soon as payment is received or cleared in most cases.

We do not do wholesale - our prices are as low as we can possibly make them now for everyone.

We will consider custom or special request orders when possible, however, we have a very large inventory to choose from in our shop and for the most part that is all that is available.
