Notes about how it works:
Once purchased, we will discuss your custom design requirements (logo, chosen font, colors, etc.) and the graphic will be created for you.

Convo/e-mail your requirements (colors, words to use instead of the typical MySpace terms, etc.). Feel free to include photos that you want me to use (hi-resolution is best).

Your ideas styles are considered first, but if you want suggestions, I can help with that.

Payment

* No cancellations
* Turnaround time is estimated to be between 24-72 hours
(allow more time for orders placed on weekends)

Shipping

No shipping required.

Refunds and Exchanges

The time involved in creating graphics for Etsy customers does not allow for me to afford refunds. However, I will work with you on your item until you are satisfied with it.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Images:
* High-resolution is best, the bigger, the better (200 dpi+)
* If sending photos, please send the raw image from your digital camera if in doubt
* All graphics created are web-friendly (screen resolution of 72 dpi), and are not meant for print.

Copyrighted images:
* B. Woods Design will not use copyrighted photos without the permission of the owner.

* By submitting any images/photos, you agree that you have permission to use them.

* By purchasing, you agree to hold B. Woods Design harmless of any liability if images or photos not belonging to you, are used.

Revisions/Final product:
Up to 3 minor revisions (change of text, color, image placement) are included at no charge, anything after that is $10/hour.

A proof will be sent to you once completed, at which time we can convo regarding any revisions you require. After you are satisfied with everything, I will email you the final graphic(s).

Delivery of final product(s):
You will receive the completed graphic including any necessary code(s) and instructions, via e-mail.

In order to display the graphic online, you must upload the graphic to your own server (MySpace photos, Photobucket, your own web site files, etc.) I do not provide image/file storage space for any purchases.
