Welcome

Hello! This Shop's Policies are in place to assist both buyer and seller with purchases from this shop. All my handmade items are made with 100% satisfaction in mind, and customer service is important for me personally as well as the success of The Crafty Wino.

If there are any issues with a purchase I ask that you contact me directly first to resolve the issue. This is important to me as a seller as I want to ensure that we can come to a good resolution for the both of us. Thank you!

Payment

PayPal is preferred; however personal checks and money orders in U.S. dollars will also be accepted. I am now accepting payments through RME! Select "Other" for payment option and write RME in customer message area with your current email address. I will then send you an invoice for payment. All payment types must clear before item(s) are shipped.

Please contact me immediately if there an issue regarding paying for your item(s).

After 2 days of purchase if payment is not received I will send you a message and give you 24 hours to respond/pay. Non-Payment will result in negative feedback and reported to Etsy.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 72 business hours of the cleared payment. All items are shipped by USPS; First Class for items under 13 ounces and Parcel Post for heavier items. Please note that actual shipping times vary based on location.

Other shipping options can be requested (examples: USPS Priority Mail or FedEx overnight) for faster shipping. Buyer will be responsible for the extra cost associated with these options.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct prior to finishing your purchase. If the shipping address differs between your PayPal and Etsy accounts, an email will be sent to confirm the correct address. This may cause a delay in shipping, based on a return response, so please ensure your address is correct or note which address to use in the Message to Seller area. The Crafty Wino is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

In an effort to conserve paper, receipts are not sent with shipped items. If you need a printed receipt included with your item(s) please make sure to note this in the Message to Seller area when finalizing your purchase.

Shipping your item as a gift to its receiver is most welcome! Please contact me to discuss details of the gift, either by emailing me or in the Message to Seller area.

Note listed items show shipping prices to USA and Canada only. International shipping is by request due to different policies and procedures with shipping. Prior to payment, send a message with your address/country so all shipping related fees can be placed on the listing for payment. The Crafty Wino is not responsible for duties or customs fees when shipping outside the USA.

Shipping fees listed are priced per the approximate weight of the shipment with a few cents more allocated to packaging costs. The Crafty Wino does not make a profit from shipping fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

Inspect your item(s) immediately upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged contact me within 3 days of receipt.

Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Pictures of the damaged item may be requested. If an item is to be returned, the item must be shipped in the same or comparable to the original packaging. The Crafty Wino will not be responsible for a lost return shipment, so it is suggested that Delivery Confirmation is purchased when shipping.

For exchanges, I will notify you the day I receive the returned item and inform you of when I will ship the new item to you.
