Shipping

Felt Like It items are shipped either USPS Ground or USPS Priority within the US. If you require expedited shipping, please let me know at the time of the sale (by convo or email) when you need the item delivered. As soon as the item is shipped, I will bill you for the additional charges through PayPal.

Felt Like It is concerned about the environment and therefore reuses cardboard shipping boxes and plastic bags. I encourage you to do the same! If you would like your item gift wrapped and shipped to the "giftee's" address, please let me know (though convo or email) and I will be happy to work with you!

Made-to-order items ship 2 weeks after the purchase time. Custom orders take 4 weeks.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you wish to cancel a sale or have a payment returned before the item has shipped (i.e. 10 days after the date of the purchase), please contact Felt Like It via email and the payment will be returned to you electronically through PayPal.
