Payment

I sometimes accept checks and money orders, but if you want to pay that way, let me know right away through a conversation on Etsy so I can adjust the listing. I will hold the items until your check clears before mailing them. You can also pay by check on PayPal even if you don't have a Paypal account. Just let me know and I will walk you through it!

Shipping

I usually ship with the USPS. I use Priority, First Class, and International First Class. If you would like me to ship another way (Parcel Post, UPS, Fedex) let me know, and I will adjust the shipping charges and send a revised invoice. If your package weighs more than 4 lbs, I may ship with UPS ground, since USPS gets cost prohibitive with bigger, heavier packages.

If you are fortunate enough to live outside the U.S., and you are interested in any item, let me know and I will give you the shipping price to your location, if it is not listed. Any duty fees or tariffs, are the responsibility of the customer.

Also, for customers outside the US, I cannot insure items sent outside the US at the shipping prices listed. If you want insurance, please let me know, and I will send you a revised invoice for shipping with insurance outside the US. So far I have not insured the packages, but I have had no breakage with International First Class. I pack the heck out of them!

How I pack the boxes: I wrap the pottery in bubble wrap, and I reinforce the boxes I use, and often double box. I use recycled materials when I can, but my first thought is always "how can I protect the pottery while it is shipped"!

Refunds and Exchanges

If anything I ship in the US gets broken in transit,or in some way does not meet expectations, let me know, and this is how we will handle the refund:

You automatically buy insurance for items that are valued over 25 dollars -I add that into the shipping price- and if that item breaks in transit, the insurance will be the refund.

Do not return insured items, you get the insurance directly from the post office, and this is your refund. I do this to save you the return shipping cost!

For items under 25 dollars, you may request insurance for any item, and I will send you a revised invoice. Otherwise I will handle the refund of the purchase price through Paypal after the item is returned to me.

When in doubt, be sure to contact me, and we will work it out!

Additional Policies and FAQs

I have done some Alchemy requests, but find using the Alchemy process to be confusing, since I don't work the same way it does! Please read the info you see when you click "Request Custom Item", or just send me a convo, and we will discuss your ideas.

I tend to check Etsy daily, but my e-mail less often. Etsy conversations are the best way to contact me!


If you are into doll houses, please check out my doll house miniatures section. I have moved the items from my other shop, Gracie's Doll House, to this one, and will be closing that shop, just to make it easier to maintain.
