Welcome to Keiki Gift Ideas on Etsy ~ A fun shop for the young at heart. I hope you enjoy your visit. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Payment

I accept payment through PayPal and usually leave the Money Order method for "barter" requests. Please make payment within 5 business days of your order.

If you are interested in purchasing and live outside of the U.S.A., please contact me first.

Shipping

Shipping is made within 1 - 2 days of payment confirmation via USPS first class or priority mail. My packages are tracked using the PayPal service. Included in my shipping fee is a very small charge to off-set the price of packaging.

For purchase out of the U.S.A., please contact me for information.

Sorry but I will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. You may purchase optional insurance.

Please feel free to send me a message if you have any questions on shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will gladly refund you for items that are damaged. Please contact me within 7 days if you are unsatisfied with your order.

Unfortunately, I am not doing custom orders at this time but once my shop is sufficiently stocked, I hope to satisfy all your needs.
