Payment

I prefer PayPal. NY residents pay 8% sales tax.

Shipping

All material will be shipped within 3 days of cleared payment. E-books will be emailed to the specified email address or to the email address in the Etsy invoice. Mailed products will be mailed to the Etsy address provided.

Refunds and Exchanges

I aim to please. If you are at all disappointed by the product you receive or the shipping, please let me know and I'll do my best to remedy the situation.
