Thank you for taking the time to read my shop policies. Below you will find pertinent information that you will need to view before making your purchase.

~Each piece will come to you signed and dated and numbered.

~Most creations are One of A Kind, Limited Editions or A Series.

~For custom orders, a 50% deposit will be required and please allow up to two weeks for your order to be completed and shipped

Both EPatterns & Paper Patterns are available.

~E-patterns via email.
~Paper patterns will be shipped via First Class Mail.


~Each pattern comes with complete, concise and easy to follow instructions with all techniques given. Full color photo, templates, supply list and instructions.

Finished piece may be sold online or at craft shows however you must give designer credit to me, Doreen Frost of Vermont Harvest Folk Art. You may not alter this pattern in anyway without written permission. Mass production of this pattern and/or the finished product is strictly forbidden and is protected by copyright laws. Thank you every so much for your cooperation regarding this.

~Epatterns are full patterns which are sent to you via email as a PDF file (portable document file) that you download to your computer. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open these files. Most computers come with Adobe Reader already installed however, if you do not have it you can easily download it for free from the internet. Just google "Adobe Reader".

Payment

Pay Pal & Money Orders are my preferred method of payment, however I will accept a personal check from established customers. I will ship your item once the check clears, usually within 3 or 4 business days.

Shipping

I ship priority mail with delivery confirmation. I insure each one of my pieces. The cost of insurance is included in my quoted shipping cost. Patterns and Primitive Sewing Supplies will be shipped via First Class Mail.

~Your packaged will be shipped within three days of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please shop carefully. I pack my items very carefully and securely and insure each piece. I've never had anything arrive damaged or harmed in any way...however, please contact me immediately if one of my pieces or a pattern should happen to.

Additional Policies and FAQs
