Thank you for visiting Paradox! Please be sure to read the following information in full if you plan on shopping with us.

Payment

Payment is expected via Paypal at the time the order is placed. If you do not pay within 24 hours of that time or do not make any attempts to communicate with us, we will assume that you do not intend to pay for the order. This will result in the transaction being canceled, and reported to Etsy as well as negative feedback left. To avoid this, simply do not place an order that you do not intend to pay for at that time.

We ONLY accept Paypal payments.

Shipping

WE SHIP TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED IN YOUR ETSY INVOICE. Be sure the address you enter when checking out here on Etsy is correct.

All of our items are packaged with the utmost care. All of our jewelry products come in eco-friendly jewelry boxes made of 100% recycled materials. Most items are packaged in bubble mailers via First Class Mail and are shipped within 1-7 days after receipt of payment.

Many of our pieces are 'made to order' which require additional lead time (typically 1-3 days) before the order can be processed. Please allow this additional lead time for our non one-of-a-kind pieces.

**In an effort to go a little greener, order receipts will only be included upon request.**

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are offered on a case by case basis and are at our discretion.
In some cases an item can be exchanged if you return the original item to us, undamaged, for something of equal or lesser value {unless you agree to pay the difference}. If you would like to purchase insurance for your items, to be reimbursed should they get lost or damaged in transit, please contact us for the additional charge before purchasing.

Due to the delicate nature (and in some instances the age) of the pieces used in our jewelry and offerings, great care and attention should be used both while wearing and in how they are stored to avoid breakage. Refunds and replacements will not be given to items damaged or misplaced by the purchaser.
