Welcome to Hot Like Wasabi, an accessory shop with a faerie tale vibe. I try to keep it as sustainable as possible without inhibiting creativity. Look for natural materials, organic yarns, vintage and recycled supplies.

Payment

Pay pal is preferred, and it is the only form of payment accepted for international buyers. If you are from the states, then you may send a personal check or money order made out to Annette Wieczorek and send to: 24 Meadow Brook Road, Newtown, CT 06470. Shipment will not be made until check clears.

Shipping

Shipment will be made through USPS unless you request otherwise. Any special requests, such as alternate shipper, insurance, expedited shipping etc. should be made before payment. I will send you a special invoice that reflects such changes.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. I am a small business and I cannot be responsible for buyer’s remorse. I sell accessories which tend to be one size fits all. In addition to that, I give approximate measurements. That said, I do pride myself on customer service. If you are unhappy with you purchase for any reason, please let me know.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you like something that was already sold, let me know. I could probably create something similar for you. Also, if you have a vision and would like to commission an item, I'd be more than happy to create something especially for you.
