Thank you for taking the time to browse my Etsy shop, and to read my policies. Feel free to convo me at any time, to ask questions, discuss a custom project you have in mind, or just to talk about quilt-making and patchwork products in general.

Payment

I prefer payment by PayPal (but convo me if you’d like to arrange other methods of payment). Sales tax will automatically be added to your bill if you reside within the State of Illinois. Items are shipped no later than the Saturday after payment is confirmed. But if you need the item earlier, let me know and I can probably expedite it.

Shipping

All items are shipped by First Class USPS, with delivery confirmation. I also include insurance on all quilt shipments. If you feel the shipping cost is too high, and you’d rather not pay for insurance, please let me know and I will refund you the difference. But, if a quilt is lost during transit, and you opted out of the insurance, I will not be responsible for refunding your purchase in any way. I’ve only added this policy due to a near scare with a lost package.

If you would like priority or overnight service, convo me and I’ll quote you the shipping cost.

I do ship internationally, but the buyer is responsible for all customs fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive to make sure every Lavender Patch customer is a happy customer. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please convo me. If you contact me within 2 days of receiving your purchase, to inform me of any problems, you may return the item(s) to me for a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping charges). I just respectfully ask that you only seek a refund if you find the item to be unsatisfactory, and not because you simply changed your mind about the purchase.

Return shipping charges are your responsibility. And item(s) must be returned in the exact condition in which you received them.

I do my best to only list quality items, and I sincerely hope my customers are never disappointed with their Lavender Patch products. But, I would appreciate it if you could discuss any problems or issues with me, prior to leaving negative feedback. And I'll do my best to rectify any situations.

Are you purchasing a gift? I offer free gift-wrapping on all items that you would like shipped to a recipient address. I also include a gift card, with your special greeting (20 words or less). Just let me know in the “message” when you place your order.
