Payment

Please make payments within 48 hours of purchase to ensure prompt shipment and delivery. Cancellations and changes need to be made as soon as possible.

Shipping

Shipping date depends on the total amount of orders recieved, but should be shipped within 72 hours after payment. Custom orders may take up to two weeks to create and ship, but usually take less than one week. I mail orders several times a week, often times including weekends, so your order will be shipped to you as soon as it is completed. I will contact you when your order has been shipped. Let me know if you need any orders rushed.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be pleased with my items, so if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact me as soon as possible. I will accept returns or exchanges as long as the item has not be customized or personalized. If something is wrong with the item, please contact me and I will be happy to try to resolve the issue. Customer satisfaction is highly important.
