Payment

~Methods include PayPal and Postal Money Orders. Payment must be received before any items will be shipped.

Shipping

~Shipping is via USPS 1st Class with Delivery Confirmation, or Priority Mail, depending on the weight and size of the package. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please contact me and I will add the additional charge to the listing before you make the purchase.

~I'm sorry, but I am not responsible for a package once it's in the hands of the postal system. Thank you for accepting my terms.

~International buyers, all taxes, tariffs, custom charges, etc. are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

~Great care is taken to create a product that you will be proud to own or give as a gift. Before an order is shipped, I personally inspect all areas of each item for blemishes, discoloration, and quality.

~All items are satisfaction guaranteed, so please contact me before returning a purchase and I will work with you to correct the problem. Merchandise must be returned within 3 days of receiving the shipment, in the same new condition as when shipped, not worn or soiled in any way.

~A refund, minus shipping costs will only be given within 10 days of receiving the shipment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Additional Policies and FAQs

~Please read the descriptions, tags, and materials used for each item before purchasing. Some have small parts, such as ribbon, beads, flowers, pompoms, etc and a child should not be left unsupervised while wearing or playing with these items. Buyer assumes all responsibility once item is purchased.



~I always welcome custom orders, but please understand that due to the nature of this being a special order, created to agreed upon specifications, all sales are final.
